Established by the principals John and Karen Dineen in 1985, Dineen Tourism Management first specialised in hotels, motels and resorts in Far North Queensland and Western Australia before a change in company focus to the holiday and resort park industry in NSW 1999.

Throughout their 30 year history DTM has received numerous prestigious national and state awards in recognition of their achievements. These have included the 2008 BIG4 Supreme Award for Excellence, and The Department of Lands Environmental Excellence Award.  DTM’s parks have won major awards from their State Caravan Industry Body and the Hotel Motel Association and the company has received the Manly (NSW) Business Award for Hospitality Accommodation and the Cobar Excellence in Business Award.

DTM leverages their extensive industry experience and knowledge to develop a management model that has delivered significant results to their past and present parks.  The hands-on training model provides an ongoing supply of skilled and trained hospitality staff with positive work ethics, strong customer service and high end RMS (Reservation Data) entry ability.

The senior leadership team are deeply involved in the daily operations of the parks and have the flexibility and understanding of management garnered over thirty years which they share willingly with their staff.
